When I started getting into long-distance hiking, I quickly learned how important it is to eat right and stay hydrated. My go-to snacks are things like trail mix and granola bars that give me a good energy boost. And for hydration, plain water is great, but on really long hikes, I found I needed a bit more.

On one of my longer hikes, a friend gave me a bottle of Prime Hydration from https://bulky.no/collections/prime-hydration-drikke. It really helped, especially with keeping my energy levels up. It's not just about drinking a lot of water, but also making sure your body gets what it needs during those intense workouts. Finding the right balance of nutrition and hydration can make a big difference in your endurance and how you feel during and after the activity.

There have been times when I ordered forced hydration.
