Depends on the providers to vets ratio of the VAMC or CBOC. It is a process and you have to follow it.

The first scandal on waiting times was never handled so I"m not sure why it's "another" scandal.

The wait times at the VA I go to are just fine. I have never waited an unexpected amount of time for routine requirements and have never waited for urgent/emergency’s.
