Self medicating even with approved drugs is a risk. Don't do it

If only we could trust what we're being told by the medical community, particularly the official government medical advisors like CDC and FauxChi. No, uninformed self-medication is a bad idea and always will be. The problem is that there are credible information sources which have been suppressed by those aforementioned medicos and have studies backing up the safety and efficacy of treatments which work but the FDA and CDC refuse to acknowledge. At what point does blocking the information necessary for doctors and patients to make decisions become deemed causing harm? I believe we are already past that point, but I can't answer the question definitively about when it happened.
