Pretty good summary but our founding fathers were for limited government. A lot of evangelicals were turned off by Clinton and Obama who were condescending toward Evangelicals. Obama famously phrased it Xenophobic clinging to their Bibles and guns. Hillary didn’t do. much better with her basket of deplorables. So as America swings to the left we have increasing crime, inflation etc.

Condescending for good reason.
Evangelicals aren't actually for limited government at all. Their legislative goals expanded government considerably and invaded the rights and privacy of everyone not functionally white and Christian. Xenophobes clinging to bibles and guns was mean spirited, but not inaccurate.

You've got a 'global warming caused by disappearance of golden age pirates' thing going there too.

I'm a Christian. I believe in the bible Although interpreted by man to suit his needs as to the reason of separation of churches. To me its still a history lesson of the time my Savior Jesus Christ lived and before Him and after Him. I am a sinner as a human, subject to the frailties of mankind. When my time comes for me to stand in judgement before Him, it will be his decision as to whether I burn in hell or pass thru his pearly gates. I try each day to live a life in honor of Him, but I sin each day and have to beg for his forgiveness. I Use the Lords name in vain too frequently in direct violation of the 3rd commandment. Usually in a painful moment. I try to use SOB instead. And I don't mean Souls on Board. I also try to remember to use Hoover Dam instead.
