Well, if they don't like the work there, they can always quit and go work somewhere else. That's the beauty of a market economy. Or they'll all just be laid off and Frito-Lay will move their factory to Mexico. Then they won't have to worry about overtime.

Don't like it...quit...There are plenty of jobs out there. BUT anything over 40 hours is overtime...so it sounds like they are getting over 44 hours of overtime each week which equates to a very nice paycheck...again, if you don't want the money or the work there are others out there.
