SFC Eric Harmon - Except for the fact that both are allowable with a properly requested and granted waiver, according to the regulations on those issues. Further, to refuse to accept such a properly granted waiver is itself a violation of regulations, and could subject the service member to UCMJ or administrative action for refusing to abide by said waiver.
Look, I get that you don't like that the regulations allow this. Too bad, there were lots of things that I didn't like about Army Regulations and later, Air Force Instructions. But I did my job and followed those regulations, and I didn't bitch about it. Don't be a snowflake, man up and accept it.
