CPT (Join to see) When I was in the Corps I ran a lot. Many days eight to ten miles and also marathons. My fastest mile (timed) was 4 minutes 35 seconds. Great share.

CPT (Join to see) - I had aspirations of breaking the four minute mile but try as I might I never could get it down any further. I could easily do the three mile PFT run in under eighteen minutes for the maximum score. My normal time was about sixteen and a half to seventeen minutes.
