Census release shows America is more diverse and more multiracial than ever

Your starting to see a change just in restaurants as well for example in Texas we used to have just Tex-Mex and everything fell under that category. Now we have Salv-Tex (Salvadoran Texan), NicaTex (Nicaraquan Texan). Even in the Middle East Category you just used to have "Mediterranian" or "Lebonese". Now your starting to see Syrian, Iraqi, Persian, etc.........breaking out from that single category. All because immigrant groups are becomming more established and self confident. Used to be just Indian but even breakouts in that category to be regional within India. Interesting developments.
