Interesting read. I wonder how he would feel if the following was said by him:

“When you come in in the morning, … and it has started again – 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10 individual notifications of yet another 50-, 60-, 70-year-old civilian or contractor who has died of Influenza – that smacks you in the face every single day,” he said.

Of course it has an impact. All the scenarios I suggested above are NOT reported in the same way. We have singled out a single cause of death and have micro-focused on it.

I really do wonder what he would say if all causes of death were reported to him every day.
