They say they will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Perhaps Hawaii should send their attorneys here to prosecute invaders along "La Frontera".

CWO4 Terrence Clark well it is happening for real. The law will meet the constitution at some point and the definition of preserving life will be derived and the definition of a violation of rights doing that will take on a definition.

Let's hope a great lawyer represents this couple. I would be interested in how the Constitution actually covers this scenario as well as as how the Constitution is interpreted by all sides.
