The really bad ideas seem to all start in CA. According to the loony left, humans are sexless and can decide what sex they are. They ignore science on the matter and refuse to recognize the statistically provable differences (crime rates, incarceration rates, violent offenses) between the sexes. They are also mute on why only men are eligible for the draft.

I find this reprehensible, it's putting the feelings of a group of men above the physical safety of women.

Did you read the article? From what I read the Transgender women only needed to identify as women to be transfered to the womens prison, so they have the full male compliment of sexual organs.
