Biden will have to abide by the Constitution, and learn that he can't rule by decree. To sustain a moratorium, Congress would have to pass legislation, and even that is constitutionally questionable.

Long overdue. BTW, the ones most for the moratorium and the government pay out to landlords were the Democrats with rental properties.
