Lesson learned: The Barracks lawyer probably isn't right...
Trying to claim "religious exemption" on a topic that isn't mentioned in your holy book is likely not a winning strategy.
"A spokesperson for the Corps said the policies related to mask wearing and vaccinations apply to all Marines, adding that "failure to adhere [to] policies, orders and regulations may result in corrective, disciplinary or administrative action, when appropriate."

I keep telling people that this is a losing battle. There are plenty of other ways to push back in an individual’s private life where the Chain of Command doesn’t have jurisdiction, or the capability/capacity to regulate behavior. Refusing to comply with orders is not a winning strategy.

LOL she apparently hasn't heard the Pope state that all Catholics get the vaccine and there is no religious exemption for Catholics. So there is no religious exemption for her as a Catholic.

SFC Randy Hellenbrand - Oh I know. Any fetal cell lines today are generations removed from the original. But there's still never been fetal tissue used either. She also must not be a practicing Catholic if she doesn't know the Pope has said "go get vaccinated."
