How does this work? Does self defense count? If you shoot someone do you have to refund the cash? What if you don’t mean to shoot someone? What if you were just robbing them and your gun went off accidentally?

maybe I could move to san francisco, I would not be lying when I made statements like I wanted to shoot a truck load of jackasses today. Not to mention if you get paid not to shoot jackasses, you keep your ammo till real emergency
