They hire illegal immigrants, then refuse to pay them. Thats wrong on 2 fronts!
Here is an idea, lets levy massive fines on any company or person that employs illegal immigrants. To prevent any sort of slippery dodging of these fines, they will be issued against the parent company, instead of the comtractors. To top things off, we will also make it illegal to pay illegal immigrants anything less than min wage, so if they get caught with wage theft, they get hit for not paying them min wage AND having illegal immigrants doing work.
