Handing over Afghanistan to the ISI appears to have been the game all along. But for what in exchange? Also, The Pakis are helping the Taliban murder civilians in the holdout area of Punjshir Valley.
I think the current Administration has fulfilled their agenda well. Chaos and murder in Afghanistan reminiscence of Libya, Syria and Iraq. Bringing misery to millions and a destroyed Europe with military aged Muslim males.
