It's very true.... however, Giuliani was not disbarred..... there is a difference between being disbarred and suspended..... He obviously did lie to the courts, the public, and the press over and over again, knowing so!

PFC David Foster I read the article. Yes, it was around and around. But, Mr. Giuliani, along with other leaders are probably mortified with indelible images of tragedy, tragedy, tragedy and probably do stay tipsy to stay sane with their individual responsibilities in it all.
