CWO4 Terrence Clark - It's inaccurate and misleading. It is impossible for it to be "continuing to worsen" if the number is going down. Second, how many of those detained surrendered themselves, and requested asylum, per US and international law? How many surrendered themselves at a port of entry, also following the law? If they are following the law, are they illegal?
