and the remaining 1%, I'm guessing is your opinion? If you don't like opinions, why stay and stress about it? Why bother commenting on articles you don't agree with even when the article is written in THE paper of record for democrats? It has to be relevant since the NY Times wrote about it, right?

The "wow" in your comment indicates you've already made a decision without all of the evidence or conclusion of a thorough investigation. At this point there is no end. Most of us just want the investigation to come to a conclusion, regardless of outcome. The name calling and bullying language by people on your side of the political spectrum (not you) to "get over it" is not a valid way to opine or refute the published data regarding the investigation(s).
Why not, "if it's true, it's a sad day, but we must wait until the GJ makes a decision?" No? Justice doesn't have a party affiliation.
