Good question. Not this administration. No Democrat places the welfare of American citizens above any illegal alien or foreign citizen.

I always said there's not much difference between Democrats and Republicans. The ruling class is in charge of our Country, and when we vote, it's only from those they choose. Look at all the Democratic candidates in the last presidential election for proof of what I say.
