If they had discharged him they would have had to have discharged more than 50% of the fighting forces I suspect. I have heard MJ use was extremely widespread

Heroin was the main problem over there. Easier to obtain than pot. When I sometimes got back to base camp at Bien Hoa, the empty vials laid on the ground as common as cigarette butts. I had to pee in front of a MP. Drug test. If you failed, you were re habbed before you were sent home.
