Squad and soldier performance may soon be measured by a ‘dashboard’

It’s sounds fine and dandy but battles are dynamic affairs. They are linear to a degree, but there can be tremendous chaos. If we are in a really tough battle, those aforementioned variables that are monitored does not mean squat. We want maximum participation in killing the enemy.
