Do I believe so? Yes, but that’s irrelevant in the case at hand. What he did on YouTube violated articles of UCMJ. He was issued a gag order. He violated the gag order. This is not saying I don’t support what he did, 100%. I do, but if you’re going to break the rules you have to be prepared for the consequences or to fight for your life. He appears to be both.
