I was quoting the article itself. But in my last few years on active duty, at a time when I had risen to a substantial rank and position, I found myself often questioning whatever we were doing - whether in my Directorate, the Command itself, or the military Community: Is this (whatever we're doing/proposing) consistent with Army Values? Does this action, behavior, or policy, who we are?
