This happened 3 years ago. The guy who killed 14 people in the Parkland School Shooting is pleading guilty. I don't know if they have the death penalty in Florida, I think he would be a good candidate for it if they do.

That is true, they are probably one step below Texas in timely executions, unlike California.

Yes they do but there has to be unanimous jury decision to use it.

I believe he could be a serial killer, mass murderer, or anything else. There are lots of sweet looking things in the world that can kill you.
