Meh ... FOI requests take forever, and that's if they agency is co-operating. More often than not, after months a law suit gets filed, it works through the courts, taking a couple more months, and then it gets slow walked. By then it's either no longer news or overtaken by events.

Even more effectively by bureaucrats. We have seen agencies delay,obstruct, ignore, and slow walk information requests from congress persons with oversight when it served their purpose.
