How about something that is actually correct? Nobody is saying if you don't get the vaccine that you can't work. You have the choice to get the vaccine or not. Just like employers have to choice to fire you or not fire you.

SFC Michael Hasbun yes. SPECIFIC vaccines. Not "whatever vaccine we decide you need in the future."

The ONLY place I see that even POTENTIALLY being part of an employment contract is in health services.

SrA John Monette Well, since I was discussing IT, it COULD theoretically spread a computer virus which causes deaths.. but that is only getting cute and snarky.

Your point is completely irrelevant to discussing changing signed contracts AFTER signings.

SFC Casey O'Mally - I only provided you one example. If you peruse the OSHA website, you'll see that there are many more examples of mandatory vaccination requirements. This isn't new. Mandatory vaccination is a standard norm.

SFC Casey O'Mally - There aren't a lot of companies that have contracts for their line employees. And those contracts can be changed for the good of the company. Again, if an employee doesn't like the new contract, they know where the door is.
