Criminal trespass is normally a Class B misdemeanor with a fine up to $2,000 and a jail term up to 180 days. If the trespass is on agricultural land, and the trespasser is apprehended within 100 feet of the boundary of the land, the offense is a Class C misdemeanor with a fine up to $500.
The so called rioters did not murder, or rape anyone. There was no overthrow of our government. The Capital police did kill some people and an officer had a heart attack.
What America did in Afghanistan was a 20yr insurrection. The first part righteous. What happened at the Capital was a bunch of American citizens mislead into trespassing with criminal mischief of public property. Lead on by those who worked for the FBI?
Who were those instigator's? In the book, How to make the enemy look bad, rule one is hijacking the cause. In this so called insurrection case, we have government agents imbedded within the crowd to mislead low information voters into protesting their disdain of the sold out Congress by trespassing on public land.
Did this operation give the Marxist, who do not know their sex, an excuse to create a Washington DC FOB? I noticed, the FBI tried to make out American parents domestic terrorists' recently. Is there a pattern here?
Will Kamala give some money to bail out the rioters?

This guy plead guilty and got 41 months (over 3 years). It won't go as easy for people who don't plead and end up going to trial. Expect a lot more prison time.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Agreed. But this is one of the few individuals who used violence. Are you inferring all trespassers should be given the same judgment? Even it it is not a felony they committed? That is kind of like what China or Russia does Capt.
