Ehhh I have mixed feelings about this. I’ll admit I don’t know the legal requirements for loss of benefits but I’d gladly let him continue to collect his pension from prison. He can spend it on gum.

Flynn was set up by the FBI over bull manure. The initial investigators didn’t feel Flynn was lying. Flynn was pardoned that ended it. Even when the Justice department dropped the case the screwed up judge wanted to keep trying him.
