There is no right to privacy either but this argument of yours is simply screwy.
BTW if the SCOTUS overturns precedent on Rove v Wade you can bet the next time there are 5 liberals on the court Heller will be overturned along with other decisions the right has favored. In effect the SCOTUS will be a useless branch of government who make decisions based on political agendas..

SFC Casey O'Mally
9th Amendment. Remember that the 9th specifically acknowledged unenumerated rights and states that there are many rights which are NOT specifically mentioned which nonetheless exist.
Also the 5th and 14th, as currently argued by abortion activists and decided in Casey.
Not saying I agree with the reasoning, but the reasoning is certainly sound, when looked at through a certain viewpoint.

Anytime liberals have a majority, they use it to overturn decisions or make new law. That is nothing new.
As for making SCOTUS a useless branch of government, that is something liberals tried to do with suggestions of packing the court.

Pence has his faults, but moving to prevent the murder of children is admirable.

Capt Gregory Prickett - According to the Son of God, the Son of Man, all Life is precious. So is a fetus Life? Let us defer to the science. It is a fact that a fetus will become a Human Being at the point that you decide Life begins past the magic pixie faerie vaginal canal. Correct? I mean, are we expecting anything else for that fetus to become, like a fox, a canary, a shrubbery? No, the science is pretty clear, so let's trust the science, shall we? And if that is not enough science for you, what are the rovers and probes searching for on Mars? Their main mission is looking for signs of Life. Their primary focus is the presence of microbes. Upon discovery of such microscopic creatures, all the scientist of the world will loudly proclaim in the media, "Life On Mars Discovered!"

This should never have been a federal position, imo. It should have remained with the states.
