Only in leftist America can you have the DA claiming the murderer is the victim of a failed system.

Never mind the woman that was murdered by the convicted felon who had "an extensive criminal record." No, it was the murderer who was let down, not the woman he killed during the home invasion.

I consider myself a liberal and I do not condone criminals or make excuses for their behavior. This POS needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Regardless of his claims of unfair treatment, nothing can excuse running a SUV through a parade.
