I don't think that drop lasts long. It's kind of like on This Is Us and (spoiler) you find out the dad died because a Crock Pot had a bad plug in and caught on fire. The dad died from smoke inhalation after getting everyone out. Well he had to go back in and get the daughter's dog and died at the hospital.

The CEO or someone from the company made a statement and explained it just shows real life. The character had a history of heart problems - he'd had one in the last movie or something I think. So it wasn't really shocking.
