She can only hope the jury finds her guilty of a lesser charge.

There is indeed stress in the heat of the moment, and that may have been her training failure, but there is a lot of difference between weapons!

The taser is holstered on the weak hand side; weights are different, color, trigger pull, and sight pattern.

26 years on the force and being a weapon trainer for years doesn't help her case. She scored high on her own weapon training as well. I hope she gets the maximum.
