Aren't you omitting the part where Kash Jackson (aka Grayson Kash Jackson, fka Benjamin Winderweedle) was arrested for threatening to kill both judges in his divorce/custody case? Or that in a September 2021 order, the judge stated:

"The children both expressed a strong desire not to have a relationship with their father. Jackson lacks insight into the role he plays. He places one hundred percent of the fault on [his ex-wife]. He cannot see that his own actions have greatly and negatively impacted his children."

Why don't you focus on getting Kask the mental help that he needs?

The fact is that Children need both parents & Kash should never have been denied his constitutional rights!
Have you been without your children wrongly for many years?
What do you think that would do to you?

SFC Jake Middaugh - what about his documented mental health issues? Didn't he attempt suicide several times?

No, I haven't been without my children, but my children have also never told the court or the court's representative that they were scared of me either. Let's cover some other things that I've never done:

1. Threatened to kill judges in retaliation for their rulings;
2. Failed to support my children;
3. Threatened to take my children and disappear;
4. Had mental health issues and refused or discontinued treatment;
5. Assaulted or beat my wife;
6. Had to change my name to escape my past; or
7. Ever hired an attorney to represent me who was sent to a disciplinary hearing over his representation of me.

Do you really want me to get into the detailed history of Jackson's legal battles? Or for that matter, of yours?

In both cases the court has given the fathers a roadmap to regain unsupervised visitation with their children, and in both case the fathers have refused.

I'll let the readers make up their own minds.
