While some blame vaccination mandates for medical personnel shortages, additional factors also exist. Burnout from prolonged overtime work and threats of violence from the unvaccinated are contributing factors.

Yeah, strange how some think these shortages are caused by vaccine mandates, from likely the most vaccinated cohort of individuals. The people treating health care workers like shit are the unvaccinated, either through their vitriol or through their complacency.

Those poor health care workers are fighting attrition of their staffs. Many become infected, and I will make the great assumption many will get PTSD.

I just read an article that many Americans are thinking of purposely getting Omicron for the purpose of increasing the immunity. It would be a disaster for medical staffs.
