People in Rally point have claimed Antifa is the same as your father or grandfather fighting Nazis in Germany. I really don’t think your father or grandfather assaulted federal officers, attempted to destroy Federal buildings, and attacked reporters.

Good for him. I hope he makes a gazillion bucks off these morons. Of course their parents will probably have to pay since most of them probably still live in mom's basement.

Cpl Benjamin Long - they did counter sue and it was thrown out. Punching some one in the stomach isn’t considered free speech. Even those Suriname admitted punching some one isn’t free speech.

LTC David Brown you don't sue for defamation on the assault . Counter suit is defamation based on being sued. The assault is irrelevant

Cpl Benjamin Long - The suit against Ngo was a SLAPP suit to get the suit Ngo filed thrown out. The defendant claim his free speech was being violated. There are images of the defendant punching Ngo in the abdomen. The judge said assault isn’t free speech and threw the SLAPP suit out. The police refused to pursue NGO’s criminal complaint against those who assaulted him so Ngo sued.
