I get the point McCarthy is making, however, when I was working private corrections during Obama's years our facilities in Eloy and Florence had contracts with ICE and Marshal's Service. Even then, 60% of the ICE detainees and 40% of the Marshal's inmates were other than Mexican/other than Central American. Apparently no Democrat has been concerned about foreign terrorists for some time.
