Joe wasn’t elected because he’s good or even competent. He was elected because a majority were tired of Trump’s behavior. Making a point of insulting people all the time played well to the far side of the right but you don’t will elections by pissing people off and promoting violence. All you folks on the right side of center can spare me the arguement. I’m not taking sides. I’m just pointing out that at this point, both sides of the aisle hold their noses and accepting candidates they don’t really like because both parties are lead by extremists. With all the international challenges we have coming at us these days, it’s existentially dangerous for us to be voting like this. You’re never going to defeat the U.S. on our home turf militarily, but the way we act towards each other as fellow citizens, our enemies won’t have to ever fire a shot. Unless we remember that we’ll never get everything we want, we’ll tear ourselves apart internally, the world will stop loaning us money like no tomorrow, and the hollowing out of our productive economy that both parties have been responsible for over the last 50 years will crush us.

PO2 Edward Lange I agree to a point, and would point out that Biden was elected because largly because of 2 lies told to the public: First Trump being a Russian Agent and even worse using intelligence agencies to push that story, and second Biden and Harris lying about Trump’s response to the covid 19 virus and that Biden had the secret sauce to stop the virus. Two whopping lies that the vast majority of Democrats believed because there is no honest reporting anymore.
