25th amendment. If Bumbling Joe is declared incompetent, next in line of succession is Kamala, next in line Pelosi and finally, Schumer. IMO, this was an insurance policy developed by Biden’s brain trust early on. All that can be done to mitigate the damage our country is a majority turnover in Congress.
