They're already leeching off the taxpayer. They shouldn't also be able to double their money trading on their knowledge of policies being enacted.

I did not see it, but will this bill prevent their spouse, that is how most of them get by with this right now.

Since it's illegal the Congress should not need a new law. Enforce it.
