New Virginia AG Fires 30 Staff Members Prior To Taking Office

(Article 1/15/22) Virginia’s new Attorney General “just fired the entire civil rights division (including 17 lawyers) in the AG office and announced that he will prosecute criminal cases in jurisdictions where Soros DAs decline to prosecute.”
Atty Gen Jason Miyares was sworn into the position of VA Attorney General on Jan. 15 alongside Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin, according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch. It appears the new Gov and AttyG are both making sweeping changes.
