@1SG (Join to see) I find it difficult to believe what some are saying they paid per pound for a turkey... come on... at least they could back it up with a receipt.

Heard a prediction at Thanksgiving time that purchasing a Turkey would cost over $200. It was premature at that time - perhaps because they were frozen and in stock already? I got one for $59 a pound without conditions, from a grocery that always had conditions in the past (something like $25 grocery purchase required). Surely grocers knew what was coming down the pipe with supply issues - so may have extended a kindness.
