Doesn't surprise me. China is #1 in global production and in America we prefer low cost/high profits and make trash products.

No worries, the Buy American Act doesn't apply in this case because the administration didn't anticipate the need for test, so there was no jumpstart for American suppliers to meet the demand - yikes. a loop hole is a loop hole...
