So the State Constitution requires in person voting, and you passed a law that says mail-in voting is OK. And now you expect the courts to uphold it?

And when the lower court says "no" you say "business as normal, ignore the court ruling while we appeal?" Sorry, you don't get to ignore what the court says, just because you have an appeal. The higher court must issue a stay while the appeal is being heard. Without that, ordering "business as normal" is a CLEAR violation of the court. The Governor and Attorney General should be held in contempt - along with anyone (like Secretary of State) executing or repeating those orders.

Yes, I understand the Republicans who are challenging the law are some of the same ones who PASSED the aw. And that's NOT good. But unConstitutional is unConstitutional.

That’s a funny read because Pennsylvania has covicted the majority of voter frauding Democrats that prove that mail in voting is full of rampant voter fraud!
