The majority of those shot and those shot and killed will be black. These Black lives don’t matter.

I remember hitch hiking through the Chicago and Gary, IN area in the early 70's. It wasn't til I got to Ohio that I found out they were averaging a killing a day. It was just another day for them. It has been going on for a long time and has become the culture. I don't know the solution.
