Good grief. Trying to make drug use safer? Really? Well why not supply drugs along with drug paraphernalia? That is sure to make it all safer. I have had two people I knew very well die of drug abuse. This is insanity.

When you think that this moron Biden has hit his low point, he comes up with another stupid idea of giving crack pipes to druggies.He and the democrats who are controuling him are out of their minds. I hope that his stupid decisions get more people to vote the radical democrats out at the mid terms. It sounds like Biden has personal use of the crack pipe.
