This is why it is so important to recognize minority rights at the Federal level. Removing the fillibuster, attempting to pack Supreme Court via legal manuever, all signs of a Party that is in decline and has lost it's ability to make a persuasive argument to the electorate to vote for them. So this does not surprise me at all.

I live on the border in southern New Mexico, worked for 13 years on Texas Counter-drug program with the Border Patrol. The headline is correct. Hospitals, schools, jails, housing is barely available for citizens in rural areas, not to mention staff shortages. If illegals are moved to the larger cities, even there, infrastructure, housing, schools, medical care becomes spread thinner and thinner. Won't even get into the drug trade, but the sex trafficking of children and women is exploding.
