(02/23/22) Two Manhattan District Attorneys resigned from the case investigating "fraudulent or misleading" business practices from former President Donald Trump. The prosecutors, Carey R. Dunne and Mark F. Pomerantz, submitted their resignations after the new Manhattan DA, Alvin Bragg, indicated to them that he had doubts about moving forward with a case against Mr. Trump,

The Southern District of New York started a civil investigation of Trump and have enlarged it to a criminal case. May prosecution will be transferred there.
