Easy to forget how long the Romans spent in "Londinium" and how much they left behind. I'm sure that construction schedule is shot full of holes :) I like the Guardian and their articles, what do you think of them? Good share SFC (Join to see)

I went to the Cathedral in Colon Germany. It was started when Rome ran the area. Next door was a Museum that had Roman artifacts. One of the items was a mosaic with swastikas in each corner. Fascinating stuff.

The Romans, and others, actually used the symbol as one of good luck. Remember seeing one in a mosaic in Pompeii and asking a docent, who then showed me three more.
