Domestic Terrorism Definition :

Domestic terrorism: Perpetrated by individuals and/or groups inspired by or associated with primarily U.S.-based movements that espouse extremist ideologies of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature.

--for example, the June 8, 2014 Las Vegas shooting, during which two police officers inside a restaurant were killed in an ambush-style attack, which was committed by a married couple who held anti-government views and who intended to use the shooting to start a revolution.

The Current Threat
The FBI is committed to remaining agile in its approach to the terrorism threat, which has continued to evolve significantly since the September 11, 2001 terror attacks on U.S. soil. The threat landscape has expanded considerably, though it is important to note that the more traditional threat posed by al Qaeda and its affiliates is still present and active. The threat of domestic terrorism also remains persistent overall, with actors crossing the line from First Amendment protected rights to committing crimes to further their political agenda.
Three factors have contributed to the evolution of the terrorism threat landscape:

* The Internet: International and domestic actors have developed an extensive presence on the Internet through messaging platforms and online images, videos, and publications, which facilitate the groups’ ability to radicalize and recruit individuals receptive to extremist messaging. Such message is constantly available to people participating in social networks dedicated to various causes, particular younger people comfortable with communicating in the social media environment.

* Use of Social Media: In addition to using the Internet, social media has allowed both international and domestic terrorists to gain unprecedented, virtual access to people living in the U.S. in an effort to enable homeland attacks. ISIS, in particular, encourages sympathizers to carry out simple attacks where they are located against targets—in particular, soft targets—or to travel to ISIS-held territory in Iraq and Syria and join its ranks as foreign fighters. This message has resonated with supporters in the U.S. and abroad, and several recent attackers have claimed to be acting on ISIS’ behalf.

* Homegrown Violent Extremists (HVEs): The FBI, however, can’t focus solely on the terrorist threat emanating from overseas—we also must identify those sympathizers who have radicalized and become HVEs within the U.S. and aspire to attack our nation from within. HVEs are defined by the Bureau as global-jihad-inspired individuals who are based in the U.S., have been radicalized primarily in the U.S., and are not directly collaborating with a foreign terrorist organization. Currently, the FBI is investigating suspected HVEs in every state.

But if this were the inner city of New York or elsewhere that this guy was not white and he shot somebody, he would probably be let go with no avail and serve no time or just probation. That's because of George Soros liberal district attorneys. There are now two Justice systems in the USA and you guys are crying the blues because Kyle Rittenhouse survived and shot back at a guy that was going to shoot him. The Insurrection at the January 6th Capitol building I was sad but I'm so happy that Arizona senator Sinema and West Virginia senator manchin stopped President Biden and the left of Lenin Democrats from cheating in the next election and allowing 10 million illegal aliens to be American citizens in 8 years. Centralizing voting to allow for no i.d. but you got to show ID with your vaccine status card shows a double standard. Thank goodness, both those Democratic senators save democracy and that's why you have Democrats trying to unseat them in the primaries.

SSgt Ray Stone they were idiots. Similar to the ones that were protesting in New York state taking over the Capitol building a few years before saying this is how democracy works. The truth is those people who stormed the capital were slammed was solitary confinement and will not let go compared to how the average crook is treated by district attorneys in most major cities today. You are deranged because you called me deranged you and other idiots here who put me down a make assumptions when you don't even ask me. They were not people visiting. This is what a real Insurrection looks like. Tank from the street, military units in Mutiny, taking over radio and TV stations to put out a message saying they are the new government.

Those who stormed the capitol are knuckleheads.

Yeah and I'm so happy Bone Spurs is no longer Pres. Oh you sure you want to bring up voting, cause you support the party that's anti voting rights. Republican lawmakers have proposed at least 250 laws that would limit mail, early in-person and Election Day voting with such constraints as limited hours or narrower eligibility to vote absentee. And not to mention gerrymandering. If you want to talk voting we can go there.

And since you want to bring race into it. You know damn well if Blacks had stormed the Capitol with Black Panther flags there would have been more blood shed and much longer prison sentencing. Let me know when you want to discuss Race and sentencing disparities in the justice system or Just us Whites system. YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO THERE WITH ME, I BET YOU WONT RESPOND

CRT = Critical Race Facts *{Aint no damn theory, GTFOH} :

Executive Order 10925, signed by “President John F. Kennedy on March 6, 1961, required government contractors to "take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, creed, color, or national origin."

https://www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/statutes/eo11246.htm

Brown vs. Board of education was a court case where the Supreme court  made it illegal to have separate schools. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 made it illegal to treat others differently because of the race, gender, color, religion and national origin. The Voting Rights Act  of 1965 made it illegal to discriminate against people who wanted to vote. The combination of these major national laws led to the end of Jim Crow.

Passed by Congress on January 31, 1865, and ratified on December 6, 1865, the 13th amendment abolished slavery in the United States. The 13th amendment, which formally abolished slavery in the United States, passed the Senate on April 8, 1864, and the House on January 31, 1865.

58 years since its signing as of 2022 ... not that long ago.

The same people who complain about affirmative action and the civil rights act, while purposely NEVER F*ck’n acknowledging why those laws had to be made in the 1st place, because of racism in the USA.
